The service
HireMarq helps you keep a master resume, tailor it to a job, export a PDF, and fill employer application forms with the browser extension. The product is aimed at job seekers in the United States and Canada.
Accounts and access
You need an account to use HireMarq. Tailoring, PDF export, and extension filling stay unavailable until a subscription is active. You are responsible for the email on the account and for any extension token you create.
Your content
You confirm that the work history, files, and job text you submit are yours to use. HireMarq structures and rewrites from that material and does not promise that a model will catch every error. Review the resume, cover letter, and filled form before you rely on them.
The extension
The extension acts in the browser on pages you open. You choose fill-and-review or auto-submit per job. Auto-submit does not send the form when a field is flagged or validation errors remain. You are responsible for the application that is sent.
Billing
Paid access is a Stripe subscription. You can manage or cancel it in the Stripe billing portal. Fees already paid are handled under Stripe's receipts and the card network rules that apply to the charge. HireMarq does not guarantee interviews, offers, or a particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not use HireMarq to break an employer's site, to submit applications you are not authorized to send, or to upload malware. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or the extension.
